Technical Product Manager

Pediatric Emergency Standards has an exciting opportunity for a full-time Technical Product Manager. The Technical Product Manager will be key in designing, planning and delivering innovative features to continue expanding our line of Handtevy solutions.

This position is available following one of these schedules:

  • Hybrid (3 days a week in the office)
  • Five days in the office.

Role Responsibilities:

  • Manages the iterative lifecycle of products from conception to launch, including concept, scope, specifications, prioritization, design, implementation, testing, quality assurance and deployment.
  • Understand business needs to elaborate the product vision. Communicate the product vision, roadmap and progress to all the stakeholders.
  • Be the champion of the product internally and externally, defining clear goals around customer value, and driving strategies to achieve them.
  • Learn about our customers' needs. Provide product support to internal teams and customers.
  • Be the voice of the customer inside the development team. Actively engages in user research, understands user goals and pain points and communicates your in-depth customer knowledge.
  • Collaborates with Clinical, Sales, Operations and other teams to define and execute on go-to-market activities, ensures user adoption and identifies and measures user utility.
  • Creates product specifications as needed: wireframes, process workflows, state transition diagrams, acceptance test plans, user stories and acceptance criteria, and any other agile artifacts that will serve as a communication bridge between customers and the development team.
  • Defines and prioritizes the product backlog.
  • Conduct testing throughout each product increment.
  • Monitor product performance and provide feedback. Review issues and document how to reproduce them.
  • Establishes and continuously assesses the effectiveness of the internal procedures and methodologies.

Required Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Computer Engineering, or related IT discipline; or equivalent experience.
  • 3 years of experience as a Product Manager developing Web and Mobile apps or SaaS solutions.
  • Able to work on fast paced environment.
  • Experience with agile methodologies (SCRUM or KANBAN).
  • Experience with Jira, Confluence, Roadmapping and User Story Writing.
  • Experience working on cross-functional teams and working collaboratively with peers.
  • Experience driving projects to successful completion and timely delivery.
  • Experience with operational oversight and ownership of software products.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills .
  • Exceptional organizational skills.
  • Authorized to work in the US.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Product Management experience in Health Care.
  • Experience working on SaaS solutions.
  • Understanding of UX and UI principles.
  • Experience with tools such as FIGMA and Asana.
  • Technical background in development or automation.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $81,453.33 - $130,094.34 per year
